What is the Buyer’s Incentive?

It is really quite simple.  If The McGrady Group represents you in the purchase of your home, we rebate 1/3 of our commission back to you at closing!

The seller hires a Realtor/broker to list and market their property for sale.  The seller agrees to pay the listing broker a percentage (typically 6%) of the final sales price upon a successful sale from the seller’s proceeds at closing.  The listing broker will place the property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and offer a portion of the commission (usually half) to the Realtor who brings the buyer to the table. In this example, 3% commission goes to the listing broker and 3% commission would go to The McGrady Group.

How Does It Work?

The McGrady Group would then discount our commission to 2% and the remaining 1% goes to our client/buyer to be used as a closing
cost credit.
